January 27th...

So I go to the Orthopedic Surgeon yesterday for a follow up visit for my stress fracture. They took an x-ray and to my surprise that sucker is pretty much healed. It was so nice to hear some good news. The bad news is he stressed NO JOGGING!! To hear that just makes me want to cry. No jogging for me is like taking drugs away from a drug user. The neurosurgeon and the ortho told me that swimming is the only exercise I should be doing. Do they realize that people with blonde hair who swim come out of the pool with green hair? I suppose I can get a swim cap. My plan is to start swimming this summer. I looked into a few polarbear swim clubs but I only found them in the northeastern states.

Tomorrow morning I leave for Orlando to meet the family in Disney. I wish I was being sent on a seven day vacation by Extreme Home MakeOver. That would be great if they came to do my crib but I don't think they do condo's. I love that show. Do they really rebuild a home in seven days? I find that hard to believe.

January 26th....

Can you believe it......Here I am again!! Well hello boys and girls, I hope you are happy to see me back. I must warn you, something might come up which may take me away from "blogging."

Last night I went on a date, went to Nemo for dinner. It was very nice, he enjoyed my company as I enjoyed his company. We will not mention any names but we can make a name for him. Let's call him Julio, I like that!! I was amazed how busy they were for a Wednesday night. We sat inside for some dumb reason. Our table was in the worst spot possible, next to the computer where the serves enter the orders and right next to the kitchen where they pick up the food. I think by the time we left we both smelled like a piece of red meat. The ventilation was not ventilating. I was actually a bit nervous to go home in fear that Elijah was going to try and eat my arms.

Today I have a follow up doctor's appointment for my stress fracture of my femur. I think and hope it is one hundred percent healed. Saturday I am going to meet the family in Disney so I hope I have a clean bill of health and can resume my daily exercise routine. You never know, he might tell me I need to rent a wheelchair while in Disney. Does that mean that I won't have to wait in line to go on rides? That might be nice but at the same time there is something about waiting in line at Disney that I enjoy. Is that crazy? I find it somewhat fascinating to watch all the people in line, what they are doing, how the parents manage their kids, etc. I don't get why Europeans do not wear deodorant and why so many little kids pick their nose and then eat it and the parents just ignore it.

January 25th.....

Surprise, surprise......

For all of you who have missed my daily blogging I will make an attempt to write. A lot has happened since the last time I have blogged, I got married so now you might be able to understand why I have not blogged. For those of you who know me should know that is not true. I am looking though, well not looking but in hope of meeting someone!!

Let me start off by wishing Dave a Happy Birthday!!

Hmmm..... I had a Birthday in December, not too exciting. I went to New Hampshire to visit with the family, very nice. I was also trying to heal a stress fracture to my femur so going to NH allowed me to sit and do nothing as what the doctor ordered. Oh yes, he also instructed me to use a cane. Isn't that funny? Well my cane is still at Jacob the Jeweler, he is blinging it out. I am better now but I guess I will be able to use it in thirty years or so.

What else... Okay, funny story.... I was walking on the board walk on Saturday, listening to my ipod. I was listening to a new playlist which I made earlier that morning called "beach." Anyways, the playlist stopped so I started a new playlist and the first song that came on was Lap dance by Pharrell Williams. Do you know who he is? If not you should check him out, very talented musician, producer, cute too. Okay, so I am listening to the song and who is walking towards me.... Pharrell Williams. I started to really laugh out loud. He was on the phone but i did not care so I stopped him and said, "you will not believe what song just came on." He told the person to hold on, and he put his ear to the headphones and laughed and said, "that is so cool." He shook my hand, tapped my ass and continued to walk. He didn't tap my ass.

I went to Lenny Kravitz and Aerosmith last week. Great concert, free tickets and amazing seats. i wanted to take my digital camera with me but I did not because I thought the purse searchers were going to take it. Can you believe that the purse searacher did not even look at me. I was so upset when I saw where our seats were. I ended up taking pictures with my cell which actual came out great.
